Amos Deans offers various service styles that showcase our food at any level of elegance. From plated dinners to decedent buffets. Our menus are seasonal and can be found here. To assist in the planning process we have compiled package-based order forms to you help determine the service and pricing for your event. We create custom menus that are tailored to any client’s needs!

Standard Package

*Minimum order of 100 Guests
Amos Dean’s staff will set up your buffet and replenish it as guests pass through. The guests will be responsible for serving their own food. Included in this price would be compostable plate wear, flatware and napkins. Tableware will be set up at the end of the buffet table for guests to take as they pass through the buffet line.  Amos Deans will provide Chafing dishes, gold serving utensils, menu descriptions on white card stock and gold lettering.  Amos Deans will provide service staff members to clear the tableware that is provided by Amos Deans.

Deluxe Package

*Minimum order of 100 Guests
Amos Dean’s staff will set up your buffet and replenish it as guests pass through. The guests will serve their own food. Included in this price are Amos Deans silverware and flatware and linens. We will provide ball mason jars for water glasses. Silverware will be rolled and up on the tables along with plates and water glasses.  Amos Deans will provide Chafing dishes, gold serving utensils, menu descriptions on white card stock and gold lettering.  Amos Deans will also provide servers to clear tableware and provide water service at the table.
